How to know my outer tyre & inner tube size?

Ever met with the situation that you wanted to buy the inner tube or outer tyre for electric bicycles, electric scooters or mobility aid online or at any shops but you do not know the correct size? So before you call up any shops or purchase online, check the size of the tyre which can be seen from the outer wall of the tyre. Alternatively, if the tyre size is not shown on the wall of the outer tyre, you can measure using a measuring tape or ruler to know the correct size.
